Since 1987, I led  Garrand Moehlenkamp  as its founder, running an enterprise that advised organizations operating in complex public, political, and regulated environments.

Today, I offer counsel rather than conventional consulting. I work selectively with leaders, boards, and institutions facing consequential decisions — where experience, judgement, and discretion matter more than tactics.
